  Went here with eight friends for lunch and we're pleasantly surprised by how busy they were and how quickly they got us a table. The waitress was very nice and helpful and took our orders under hectic conditions and was able to handle everything with professional and organized service. The food was fantastic with decent portion sizes and a wide variety to choose from with breakfast all day, lunch & dinner specials along with their regular menu items. Prices are very fare and they have something for everyone. Very clean and organized although it can be a little tight as the tables are close but it all works with well trained staff. They lost a few parking spots because of the snow but we were all able to find a spot and go right in.

  We've been going here for years! The staff has seen many changes as well as the menu! The service has always been very steady! Prices have gone up over the years but there is still value for your meal!the menu is getting better now! There homemade biscuits are great!

  Crackers Barrell is always an experience. It was busy for a Friday morning but we were seated within the 10 minute time we were quoted. Store service was amazing and once we were seated, we were greeted quickly. Our server Tara was attentive and experienced. We ordered drinks and food together and received it quickly. The fire was burning which is always a cozy sound. Food was amazing per usual, and their mimosas are 11% ABV 🥰😍😍 10/10 experience.

  Mother's day weekend they were not taking orders over the phone. At the same time, on Saturday, their website and phone app was not working for placing orders. So the only way to place an order to go was to physically visit the store and place the order at the hostess desk and WAIT amongst the chaos. We'll that is not realistic if you are someone traveling with kids or an ill 16 year old pet like I was. So I stormed the place so upset and spoke to the manager about why nothing was working and told him I needed something fast because of my pet waiting in the car. Well to my surprise, he was very understanding and had a dinner out to me in less then 5 minutes. I can not thank him enough for being so speedy with the order so I could get back to the car. He saved me greatly from any potential accident in the car with my very ill, old silky terrior. I wish I knew his name but I didn't get it. He definitely should be commended for his understanding of my situation and helping me out the way he did. I appreciate him so much. So thank you to whoever the manager was in the blue shirt, who was working Saturday night, the 9th of May.

  Great ambiance. Food cooked to perfection and prompt. Friendly staff. Antique decor all over. There's also gift shop inside, Clean Restrooms. Plenty of parking. I would highly recommend.
