  Heidi’s Family Restaurant was a warm and welcoming stop. The service was friendly, the portions were generous, and everything tasted homemade. A perfect place to relax and enjoy a comforting meal with great people.

  What a great place to have breakfast. Clean and spacious. Food is excellent. I had the country omelet and it was delicious.

  Came here for breakfast after reading the great reviews, and we were pleasantly surprised how well reality lived up to the hype. This is a seriously good breakfast. Our portions were generous, and the meals were delicious. The buttermilk pancakes are awesome! My corned beef skillet was one of the best hashes I've had in a long time, and we're from PA Dutch country. In fact, we're planning on stopping by again tomorrow morning before we leave Anchorage. A place so nice, you gotta go twice (or more, but we won't be here to keep coming back though we will be back if we ever return to Anchorage). Vegetarian options are available, and the service was quick and polite.

  So happy we found this little gem. Stopped by with our family or 10, and they quickly put together a table for us to sit together. Food was great! I specifically enjoyed the very crispy hash browns and the buttery fluffy waffles. Service was A+. A great spot for comfort breakfast.
