★ 5First timer to First Watch -- won't be our last either! Had just finished a ride around Lake Zorinsky and wanted to grab a nice bite to eat. On the recommendation of friends who had lived in the area, First Watch was a few minutes down from Lake Zorinksy. Ample parking. We were seated right away at a table (party of 3). Jenna, our server, provided us a pitcher of water right away and did not let it go empty. First Watch had their Special Fall Menu (Pumpkin Spice items) available in addition to their regular menu which was very extensive. Everything on the menu sounded to die for. We asked Jenna how big their Pumpkin Spice pancake was... she lied (under promised but definitely over delivered)! It is huge, but it was, oh, so delicious. Highly recommend. We also got the Pumpkin Spice donut holes -- yummy. We thoroughly enjoyed First Watch and would highly recommend it. One would be hard pressed not to find something on their menu to love. Their drink menu also sounded delicious and was extensive too. Generous portions too.

★ 5First Watch in Lakeside is hands-down the best First Watch in Omaha. I live across town and drive past three other locations just to come here, because this one never misses.The restaurant is spotless, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and even when it’s busy, the wait is quick and well-managed. Everything runs smoothly.The Tres Leches French Toast was outstanding—fluffy, rich, and perfectly balanced. Add crispy bacon and a great cup of coffee, and it’s a perfect start to the day. The food is consistently fresh and obviously high quality.The service is what truly sets this place apart. Tamra was phenomenal—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the experience perfect. In fact, the entire staff here seems very upbeat and engaged, which says a lot about the culture. With reasonable prices, excellent food, and standout service, this location delivers every time. If you’re choosing a First Watch, Lakeside is the one worth the drive.

★ 5Our service was absolutely outstanding. I’ve been many times and it’s always been good but today Ira was exceptional. She greeted me with a friendly smile and after seating my brothers and I she ask how we were doing and our plans for the day. Ira was very sweet and hardworking. She quickly took our orders and returned back afterward to check on us and ask how we were doing several times. I’ve never seen such excellent service. The food was delicious as it always is and the atmosphere very peaceful.

★ 5Absolutely loved visiting this location. We were greeted at the door by Martin. He’s super friendly and I noticed how attentive he was when guest were coming/leaving the restaurant. Cali was our server and did amazing. Everyone checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. Food was delicious! I will definitely come back because of the clean and welcoming environment.
