    Not a UC student, but don't let that stop you from trying their great tacos if you're near. I loved my friends' top picks: Aloha, Short Rib, & Hot Chicken.

    My carry-out order took about 10 minutes and looked good even in a to-go box. While I waited, I enjoyed the beautiful art and chill vibe / music.

    Btw, it was on a Monday and they were one of only a few food spots open til 12a. Not bad at all.

    The loaded fries were tasty but the steak in the tacos tasted like rubber and the quesadilla was greasy. The food was okay just not worth the price. They charge the same as Bakersfield, without the good quality meat. Wouldn’t have been bad if was priced for the quality. But service was good and was a good spot to sit for lunch, just wished they had more low top tables.

    The rudest bartenders I have ever encountered. We ordered with the man at the register who was very nice but we then waited about 30/40 minutes for 2 Margaritas. I understand that it was very busy but when we asked the bartender multiple times if we were going to get our drinks she brushed us off entirely and didn’t care to ask how long we had been waiting or what we ordered. Our food came out before the drinks and tasted good but the bartenders need to focus on giving good service to EVERYONE not just their friends. We were given 2 canned drinks to hold us over while we waited for the Margaritas. I asked the lady at the counter if we were still going to get the drinks we originally ordered and she said “just wait” We waited another 20 minutes until we asked the bartenders again who then said they weren’t going to make our drinks because they were comped for the canned drinks. The canned drinks were significantly less money than the margaritas and I had just wanted to get refunded in the first place because we had waited so long. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel like a burden and if they ask for their money back so they can leave and go to another establishment that should be honored.

    Not only was the bartender extremely rude to my friends and I, she made us feel like a burden to be ordering a drink. She did not ask what sizes we wanted and gave me a large size I did not want, but it had already been made, so I paid for it anyway. My food also came out wrong, and when I asked about it, they insisted it was correct. I know for a fact it was incorrect, as I ordered chicken and was very clearly given fish. Or, it tasted like fish, which is an issue by itself. I have come here many times and have always been happy, but this experience will make me not come back again. Disappointed. This place is too expensive to be served this way.

    I ordered tacos that were supposed to contain only chicken and cheese. Instead, they came loaded with lettuce, peppers, and pickled onions. I cannot eat those ingredients! so the tacos were essentially ruined!!

    To make matters worse, I tried calling the restaurant to have the issue corrected, but no one answered the phone. It’s frustrating to pay for food and receive something completely different from what was ordered, then be unable to reach anyone for help.

    Very disappointing experience!
