  Ordered the large Breakfast Box for a catered event. From the start to finished I was impressed with the genuine friendliness and customer service I received.
  
  Attendees enjoyed the hot breakfast, instead of getting bagels, and there was plenty of food for everyone. IHOP started the meeting in a such positive atmosphere.
  
  Shout out to the breakfast crew, thank you.

  I'm old school their was the cashier play/ waitress, and a cook in the whole restaurant the food was half cooked the coffee was burnt, and the atmosphere was cold

  We are very happy you guys opened up in Clifton. We were looking for a fun and affordable spot for brunch. A bit understaffed for sure. But the kids working are nice, polite and attentive. We were received with a welcome from the front as Welcome back, she remembered us and that felt good.

  Ordered a simple chocolate chip pancakes, three different times. Two of the times, they were moderate errors (received ketchup and salt as condiments instead of the actual chocolate syrup and chips). Third time, I received bacon and toast. I happen to be a vegetarian on religious basis. Called the place, to simply get my word through, they didn’t even try to pretend they cared. I’m disturbed beyond comprehension.

  Charlene and ET were such a gem. The food was 10/10 and the service was professional. The whole team was awesome. We are from Cleveland and stopped in for a bite before we hit the road. I would recommend this location.
