  One of the best restaurants in Richmond!! Queer and woman owned, efficient service, and employees who make you feel at home. Plus, the food is DELICIOUS! A very Richmond-y feeling restaurant located in the basement of what used to be a theater. Highly highly recommend :)

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Liberty Public House in Richmond! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that made me feel immediately at home.
  
  The service was absolutely exceptional - every staff member I encountered was polite, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. They clearly take pride in creating a comfortable atmosphere for all guests, and it shows in every interaction.
  
  My food was simply amazing! My Greek salad was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Everything tasted fresh and delicious.
  
  Their beer selection is outstanding - I had the Italian pils....great light lunchtime choice....
  
  The location is delightfully quirky - the atmosphere feels both cozy and unique.
  
  But the most important thing - and what really sets this place apart - is their commitment to inclusivity. The gender-neutral bathrooms and welcoming environment for the LGBTQ community make this an absolutely special destination. They truly understand the importance of creating a space where everyone feels valued and comfortable.
  
  People, you must stop here and enjoy this place! Liberty Public House is a true Richmond treasure that deserves all the praise it can get. I'll definitely be returning soon!

  Nice spot for food! I had the cheeky chicken and a pink lady drink. The pink lady was so delicious as well! Spent about $30 + tip so not bad at all!
  
  Their menu has a lot of options and GF and vegan options as well.

  The sweet potato chili with cheesy grits and cornbread was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Perfectly seasoned, perfectly warm. Very soul-nourishing.
  My server Gionna was great and got me a to-go cup for my soda before I left. Nice atmosphere and they quickly seated me at a table, tho I was just a party of one.

  Brittany and Madison! Amazing people. Recommended the Deep South Benedict with buffalo hot sauce and mini waffles. Both meals were delicious 🤤nnThe egg on the Benedict was cooked just how I like it, the fried chicken was seasoned on its own very well, and the hollandaise sauce was creamy. Combined it hit the taste buds with flavor!
  
  As for the mini waffles 🧇! Cooked to perfection. Light salt, sweet, thick and not over cooked. The middle of the waffle was soft and chewy but not chewy chewy but the batter was just right.
