  A cozy spot for a relaxing breakfast. 521 Waffles offers a wide variety of breakfast waffles—we tried banana, berry, chocolate, and “monkey.” The waffles were buttery and delicious. The only downside was the ventilation, as the room got a bit smoky while they were cooking the waffles.

  Delicious food. Not cheap but not too expensive, I’d say it’s perfectly priced for the quality you get. Their orange juice is amazing, meat is crispy and thick, and the waffles… The texture is perfect. You can cut them with a fork, so they’re not too stiff, but they’re thick and delicious. I loved my lemon poppyseed waffle, and my side of bacon was soooo good. If I lived closer I’d be a frequent flyer here!

  f you are looking for the absolute standard of what a waffle should be, this is the spot. I’ve made it an absolute ritual to order from here every Saturday and Sunday, and they never, ever miss.
  First of all, the scale and execution of these waffles are insane. They are massive, incredibly flavorful, and perfectly cooked every single time. My go-to is the chocolate chip which is elite but you can’t go wrong throwing a blueberry one into the rotation either. They are just packed with flavor and hit the spot perfectly.
  On top of the food being incredible, the team running the place has immaculate energy. Lately, they’ve been showing some major love on my orders, throwing in a little extra just to look out for a regular. That kind of hospitality and customer appreciation is rare these days.
  They’ve officially locked me in as a customer for life. Massive flavor, huge portions, and a team that actually cares about the people supporting them. Do yourself a favor and order a couple you won’t regret it.

  The biscuit was SO GOOD! Staff was really kind and accommodating. I have some weird food allergies and she talked to the baker to confirm what I could eat, double checked ingredients, and made me feel really comfortable. Wonderful little place!

  These were the best gluten free biscuits and waffles we have ever had. We will go out of our way to visit again when we are in this area. We placed an order online and picked up. Highly recommend, not just for those who can't eat gluten!
