We were looking for some breakfast in Nashville before leaving town and saw this one came highly recommended. It did not disappoint! It is located in a cute neighborhood. The parking situation wasn’t great but found close-by parking for $6. we waited outside on a Friday for about 30 minutes which we didn’t think was that bad. Once inside, we had an amazing waitress (I wish I could give her a shout out, but I can’t remember her name!).

The food was awesome, I had pancake sampler and my wife had an egg and hash brown dish. Fun atmosphere. Definitely give it a shot!

This is a breakfast/brunch classic in Nashville. Been here for many years. It is very popular so don’t be surprised if there is a line stretching around the building on popular days. Really god food. Fast service. Good value for the price. We often eat here when in Nashville. Never had a bad experience and have been returning here year after year

Second Visit to Pancake Pantry before heading home.

If it’s good, why not get it again? I love the Pancake Meal with Eggs and Bacon add Hash Brown Potatoes. Everything was cooked as requested. The potatoes are fantastic with over easy eggs. I love the crisp texture, just fantastic. The bacon could be more crisp as I got it extra crispy. The pancakes are phenomenal and that cinnamon crack that comes with it makes it next level deliciousness. This is why I came back again. Fluffy Stacks of Heaven.

I love when a restaurant is consistent and makes the food the same every time. You know you are getting a great meal.

The service is excellent and we got it to go.

I would definitely return and recommend this location.

I grabbed a bag of pancake mix to take home for fun and deliciousness later.

ChatGPT recommended this place as a breakfast spot while we were in Nashville, and it seemed about right since it’s very popular and touristy. The portions were surprisingly generous. We orderednthe Tennessee country ham, served with eggs, pancakes, and ham, but unfortunately the ham had a strange smell, kind of hard to describe, but not very pleasant.
The peanut butter and chocolate chip pancake was good though. The pancake was soft and fluffy, but the portion was so big we couldn’t finish it and had to take it away.

Parking nearby was about $5 per hour, which felt expensive. The coffee was not good at all — it tasted like typical instant drip coffee you get at motels or hotels, not a proper Americano made with a coffee machine.

Overall, it’s very touristy. Happy to try it once, but the experience didn’t fully match the price.

Excellent breakfast. Definitely a tourist spot because there’s always a line out the door, but we honestly didn’t wait that long. It generally moves quick if you’re not in a hurry to be somewhere else.
