★ 5Went here for lunch with a friend for the first time today and was very impressed. The vibe is super cute especially on the patio, and the service was impeccable. Our server John was on point with recommendations, refills, and friendly conversation. We had the ricotta toast (best I’ve ever had, was not expecting that) to start off and a delicious cheeseburger (what even is that secret sauce bc I’m literally gonna dream about it) for me, while my friend got the steak and eggs. I am already looking forward to coming back and have told a few friends to check it out too. Thanks for a great experience ☺️

★ 4Paperboy is Denver’s hottest new thing!
Beware - we went to get on the list about an hour before our desired time and ended up having to wait well over 2 hours, even though they gave us an estimate of 30 min - 2 hours. The woman working the front was pretty rude to us and told us to stay at the restaurant for the entirety of the 2 hours, which seems pretty unrealistic. Most Denver restaurants with walk up lists due to capacity allow you to join from home and get there within 15 minutes. Any time we asked for an update from this woman, she was not helpful. FYI - we were a group of 7 and it looks like they only have 2 tables in the entire restaurant to accommodate large parties.
That said, we absolutely loved our food and our waitress, Lindsay! She certainly made up for our long wait and bad experience upfront with her patience, her positive and joyful attitude, and her recommendations. The standouts include the Chicken & Waffle, of course, the pancakes (we got both blueberry and regular), and I loved the Migas. They also had a great drink selection.
The atmosphere reminded us of a West Elm on the inside and had a lovely patio outside. I believe you can bring pets(?)nnThe prices of course were a little steep for brunch but nothing out of the norm for Denver.
I highly recommend that you go, but try to get a reservation in advance! -

★ 5Paperboy is the best brunch spot in Denver!!!!
Before my large group even walked inside, the staff was already incredible, greeting us outside! So warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell they care about creating a great experience, not just serving food. The owner was even there with his family and young kids, chatting with customers and just enjoying the atmosphere. It felt so down-to-earth and welcoming, like you’re part of something familiar.
But none of that would matter if the food wasn’t AMAZING… and it absolutely is!! Every single dish was so flavorful and beautifully done. Do yourself a favor and order the lil remi as soon as you sit down☕️ The cinnamon toast and poblano & cheddar biscuits are musts from the shareables. Don’t underestimate the avocado tostado and lox plate! So well done.
Like I said I was in a large group and Paperboy accommodated our group of 10 without a hitch.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else for brunch with family or friends. This place is special!!! -

★ 5I've been to one of the locations in Austin. Now they are in Denver! I think they created the most perfect flavor combinations for breakfast. I went with another colleague and we agreed this was one of if not the best breakfast experiences we've had. Amazing service and food. It was a business breakfast so we didn't even try the cocktails. They look equally delicious. I will be a regular at Paperboy. I do know reservations will become a must in the near future.

★ 5We had such a great experience. It was our first time coming to this place and we don't regret it at all. The food was good and customer service was excellent. I only took a picture of my plate. Definitely I will recommending this place.
