Considering how full the restaurant was, the waiting area, and the line of people out the door onto the sidewalk, Sam’s probably doesn’t need any more reviews, but I’m gonna do it anyway!
The food and the service are always outstanding, and the atmosphere is just a positive energy vibe.
My wife started with a Mimosa and coffee, and I had a Bloody Mary and coffee. She had the Barbacoa Breakfast Queso Chimi and I had the Kitchen Sink Burrito. Both were excellent! Matt was our server and he was great! Laid back and chill, good sense of humor, and just the right amount of service.
There used to be three locations, now they’re down to the downtown location and Glendale. We’ve dined at these locations many times and the food and service are consistently great. I will say, however, your chances of running into a celebrity are better downtown (we met AC/DC rhythm guitarist Stevie Young there back in 2016 a couple of days after the Broncos Super Bowl victory. Super nice guy!).
But even if you don’t run into a celeb, Sam’s is absolutely worth your time for the food and service.
    Highly recommend!

The drink I ordered ( jala cucu daisy) was great!! The service was there but a little distant, but to be fair it's really loud at the bar top. I got my clam chowder for here which I'm glad I did because it needed some doctoring to make it good. I ordered a salad to go and I'm waiting for that part still.

I've only been here once for breakfast and it was a good overall experience. There was an adequate amount of staff such that everyone was busy but not slammed. Servers were friendly and helpful. Food was good for a fast breakfast meal. Atmosphere is bright, lively, but quirky and leans into the diner vibe without being too over the top. I wouldn't hesitate to go back here anytime.

    Family breakfast, 11 people.
We called ahead and made reservations, we still waited over 30 minutes to be seated.
We parked in multiple areas near the restaurant.
    The menu is extensive!
    The food was delicious!
I had to get up and get multiple water carafes refilled myself!
I also had to find our server to order an additional side of green chili.

What a wonderful diner in Denver. The portions huge and delicious. I ordered the chili/salad combo and a half order of onion rings. The TexMex chili had a great flavor and the salad was fresh. The onion rings had perfect crisp breading. My wife ordered the Chicken Souvlaki gyro with a side of Mac & cheese. The gyro was very good and the side of Mac & cheese was killer.
