★ 5This was my second visit to this location and I loved it just as much. The staff is friendly, and since we arrived around 9:30 on a Sunday, there was no wait—though it was starting to fill up by the time we left. There’s a great variety of pancake options along with plenty of savory choices. They were very accommodating of my vegetarian diet and happily replaced the eggs with avocado. My customized rancheros verde was delicious, and the mocha chip pancake was sooo good. I also tried a bite of the lemon curd pancake and it was amazing. My friend ordered the Portuguese linguica and absolutely loved it. Such a cute, family-style spot tucked around the corner—would definitely recommend!

★ 2This is a cute and charming little place with decent food. The women working here are incredibly kind, friendly, and provide excellent service. They are a real highlight!
However, the service was inconsistent. There was a male waiter who was impolite and unfriendly, which was disappointing. Management should ensure all staff members meet the high standard set by the rest of the te -

★ 5The best part of waking up is Mission on your plate. Corny? Maybe. But it’s exactly how I felt after starting my morning at Mission. With both indoor and outdoor seating, the wait was short—even for a weekend breakfast spot. You seat yourself, and within seconds, a friendly staff member was at our table. One woman seemed to be running the whole floor like a pro, with quick help from a man bringing dishes and drinks out. It was impressive to watch.
Now, the food—wow!!! It came out fast, hot, and fresh. I had the House-Made Cinnamon French Toast with eggs and bacon. Every bite was perfectly fluffy and flavorful—I honestly didn’t want to stop eating, even when I was full. My co-worker had the Baked Banana Caramel French Toast, which was just as delicious (I stole a bite, of course).
The portions are generous, and the prices are almost too good to be true for the quality and quantity.
If you’re looking for a cozy spot with killer breakfast, don’t sleep on this place. Just wake up and go. -

★ 5Had an amazing experience in The Mission. Food is filling and prices for each dish fall around $20. The house coffee is a popular drink.
