  Kudos to the manager that does the staffing here. I have not been to a place that has such a consistent team as it relates to kindness, care and team cohesion so that we have a good experience.
  
  We were greeted and immediately sat by Dante and introduced to our server McKinzi.
  
  Lavender Latte made with Oat Milk (my fave drink and they make it the best) I promise it never tastes like soap 😂nnVanilla Cappuccino- my sister liked it but its always going to be the Lavender Latte for me!
  
  Pancake Flight:
  Sticky Toffee Pancakes(seasonal)- the candied orange zest was exciting the texture seems like it's toasted but when you bite into the zest it literally bursts with orange flavor with no bitterness. Perfection!
  
  Cinnamon Roll Pancake- My go to, old faithful, literally cannot go wrong with this one in your flight. Not too sweet and theres a good amount of cinnamon.
  
  Buttermilk Pancake- nice and fluffy but I added it to the flight to balance out the sweetness of the other pancakes but thats a me thing I encourage you to try thennSpuds Deluxe ½ order- I wish the hash browns were cooked more. That mix of texture from the potatoes is so good but thats on me I forgot to ask for them that way. It was recommended by McKinzi to add the peppers and barbacoa and that was so good soil when you go ask for the Mckinzi way lol.
  
  Bacon but different- superb, its a must have every time for that sweet heat goodness. Not to crispy and not too soft they made it perfectly.
  
  Shrimp & Grits- I got mine with a scrambled egg because I dont like sunny side anything. Literally my fave place to get Shrimp & Grits! The grits are creamy and not too cheesy and the perfect texture/temp. Not too runny and what I appreciate about their SG is that the additions to the grits doesnt make it like soup. I dont like soupy or gumbo like shrimp and grits lol. Trust me just order it and split it with the table.
  
  The sweet potato Pancake is on the way at the end of the month. We raved about it so much that Dante got us a sneak peak to what to expect and you guys are in for a treat. Its the most delicious thing on the menu but im disappointed that the Sticky Toffee Pancake will have to make room for its arrival.
  
  Thank you to those two all stars for making my foodie dreams come true for the day. It was a delicious treat! I'm making plans to come back and visit the only location in the 10mile radius of Galleria that I choose to visit.
  
  Looking forward to my next Houston Visit to see you guys for the umpteenth time. 🫰🏾🫰🏾

  Snooze is always good. The menu is consistent. The service is great. It looks like she had great parking. One get to browse the menu before you go just to have an idea. If you go on the weekends, have an expectation at the service are really busy and looking to get your food out to you as quick as possible. The food was good and flavorful.

  We’ve been coming to Snooze at The Galleria every single weekend for months, and it has truly become one of our favorite places. The food is always amazing, but what really makes this place special is the people.
  
  They treat us like family every time we walk in. The service is consistently outstanding, warm, and genuine — something that’s so hard to find.
  
  Today we came to celebrate Alle’s birthday, and they went above and beyond to make it extra special. We were so touched by the handwritten birthday card — it meant a lot to us.
  
  A huge thank you to Maggie (GM), Donte, Dwani, Brian, Jenni, Chef Dustin, Batyrkhan, and everyone else on the team like Brayan, Cassandra, Megan, Kyle, and JB and to everyone who wasn't mentioned here as well—our sincere thanks. You all make this place feel like home.

  A regional chain unique to the western, offering solid flavors and opening very early, which is especially friendly for breakfast lovers. The portions are generous, and while the presentation is simple, the food is undeniably filling and satisfying. Having this kind of breakfast every day would be a real pleasure.

  Dwani , listen baby when I tell you she was absolutely amazing ! Very attentive, ensuring and had great recommendations, being from out of town we were unsure what to get, she definitely didn’t steer us wrong ! Everything was a 10/10 service from her 10/10! Thank you Dwani for taking care of us ! ❤️
