Always a local favorite. Their salads, burgers and carrot cake are our go to’s. And the staff are truly gems that have the best personality and recommendations. Been going here for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience. Kudos team Barnaby!

Classic Montrose restaurant! They serve up great food, good sized portions, and with amazing service. I had a Greek chicken salad... packed with flavor and huge! I love the laid-back atmosphere here too. Definitely a good place to hit.

There is a nice variety of items in the menu. I recommend using the QR code on the menu so you can a visual of each item. The portions are huge so you might consider sharing with someone. I had a club sandwich w French fries and I ate half. I brought leftovers home to my husband. Parking is limited but good and free. It’s not a large restaurant but clean. The wait staff is great! Friendly, helpful and efficient.

I’ll be honest the food was good but the to go order was a mess. My cousin got a sandwich similar to the BLT with potatoes and the entire order was disassembled in a container? If we had known we’d have to build our own meal we wouldn’t have gotten it. Service upon arrival is the reason we got a to go order to begin with as it was the host was rude and genuinely not welcoming. If you want bare minimum service but 7/10 food I guess you can go here. Wouldn’t go back to this location.

This was an unpleasant experience. At the time, we brought our dog and had to sit on the patio, which isn’t bad but not great on a hot day.

The food was very average for the high price. We ordered “bacon jam sliders”, “bowl of fries”, and “sliced chicken breast over brown rice” for the dog. For drinks, we ordered coke and a strawberry lemonade but it was watered down with underripe strawberry chunks. The sliders were fine but there was inconsistency with how cooked it was. The fries were beautifully cooked but ONLY the top center fries got the seasoning. The dog’s food was room temperature, but he didn’t really eat it even though he ate his normal food after we left.

The service was nice, when they got to us. From sitting down, to getting the menu and our drinks, to ordering food, to finally getting the food, it all took a good 6-10 minutes between each action. With the heat, it all felt even longer.

Overall, it felt that even if it was “pet friendly” it didn’t really feel like that. The only pet friendly thing was the fact they did have a dog centered menu.
