The atmosphere is pleasant, clean, and relaxing, perfect for families, friends, or a casual business breakfast. The service is very good, with friendly and attentive staff who make you feel welcome. This restaurant never disappoints us, as the food quality and consistency are always outstanding. It’s recommended to make a reservation to avoid waiting, especially on weekends, because it’s very popular.

★ 5Really enjoy coming to this location of First watch! The insight had been remodeled since the last time I was there and much better. They have quite a lot of seating for a first watch, which I was very happy to see. The food was absolutely delicious and our server was very attentive and kind. The food was amazing as usual!!

★ 5We had a wonderful experience at the First Watch on Sand Lake. Even though we visited on Easter Sunday — one of the busiest days — it was absolutely worth it.
Parking was easy and convenient, and although there was about a 30-minute wait for a table, everything was well organized and the time passed quickly. The staff was friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived.
We chose lighter, fresh options and were very happy with everything we ordered. Among the drinks, we tried the Iced Coffee Honey Caramel, the Purple Haze, and the Pineapple Express — all delicious, refreshing, and beautifully presented. You can really tell they use quality ingredients.
For food, we ordered salads, sandwiches, and a waffle for our little one, who loved it. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and the portions were just right. It was a light but satisfying meal with a fair price for the quality and overall experience.
Even with the holiday crowd, the service remained efficient and welcoming throughout our visit. It’s definitely the kind of place that’s worth the wait and one we’re looking forward to visiting again to try more items from the menu.

I love how everything tastes freshly made — you can really tell they use quality ingredients. Their coffee is rich and smooth, and their juices (especially the Morning Meditation) are a must-try! The food comes out beautifully presented and always cooked to perfection.
The service is consistently great — attentive but not rushed — and the staff genuinely make you feel cared for. Whether you’re craving classic pancakes, avocado toast, or something lighter and wholesome, First Watch has it all.
Definitely one of my go-to spots for a relaxed and satisfying meal to start the day right! ☕
