  I wasn’t going to write a bad review but I feel other people need to be aware. Ordered from here and received a cinnamon bun that could have been used on ice for a hockey puck, hard as rock and no icing. My bagel also came disgusting. I ordered an everything bagel and received what looked like just a poppyseed bagel. I called requesting a refund and the owner said he would honor the refund but no action had yet to be taken. I feel bad he seemed very nice but would avoid this place.

  One of my favorite places downtown for breakfast and lunch! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The food is always fresh and the variety of the menu is excellent. Ive brought multiple people from my office over and they love it too. The turkey club sandwich and breakfast sandwiches are must haves for me at least once a week. Bonus they got a great playlist playing in the background and plenty of seats.

  Gave this restaurant two tries and both times have been a miss. The first time I received eggs that were burnt. The second time i had chicken and waffles, the chicken tenders were dry and were rock hard like they were cooked two days ago and reheated today. Probably wouldn’t go back. Ill stick to new york deli right up the street for breakfast

  I enjoy the breakfast I had when I came here today did not know City Hall had a café that was accessible by the public. Got a bacon, egg and cheese was surprise. It came with tater tots and an iced coffee for 11 bucks reasonable and tasty.
